If you’ve had a pregnancy ultrasound on the Sunshine Coast or know someone who has…chances are you’ve heard of Hello Baby 3D! But you might not know the family behind this great company! Introducing…The Thomson’s. The lovely Tahnee Thomson is our founder, marketer and head ultrasound technician. Jye Thomson (Tahnee’s very lucky husband 😉 ) handles company strategy, the books, administration and human resource management. Jack Thomson (their 6 year old son) and Harry Thomson (their 3 year old son) helps wash and fold the clinic towels, tests and endorses toys for use in the waiting rooms and Max (their newborn son)…well…Max does a damn good job at looking cute!
Tahnee Thomson
As the founder, owner and head ultrasound technician of Hello Baby 3D, Tahnee sets the standard for pregnancy ultrasound in Queensland. Tahnee is a perfectionist with regards to ultrasound clarity and imagery and this is demonstrated through the calibre of images she produces and expects of her staff. Tahnee understands the importance and excitement a pregnancy ultrasound brings – as a mother of three boys herself – and ensures your experience at Hello Baby 3D is the most memorable possible. Outside of running Hello Baby 3D, Tahnee loves to spend time with her sons; Jack (6), Harry (3) Max (newborn) and her husband Jye; playing at the beach, swimming in their pool and having family BBQ’s.
Jye Thomson
Jye is the “behind the scenes” guy at Hello Baby 3D; managing everything from bookkeeping and accounting to business strategy, administration and human resources. Jye is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Indonesian (UNSW @ ADFA) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (UNSW @ ADFA). When not managing the business affairs of Hello Baby 3D, Jye works in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea as a Logistics Manager for a major oil company
Lisa Kelman
We have welcomed Lisa Kelman back to the Hello Baby 3D team after her time away on a family adventure living in Fiji. Lisa used to be our ultrasound manager at our Gold Coast office when we operated Hello Baby 3D Gold Coast and did an amazing job! Lisa is dusting off the scanning cobwebs though after a couple of year off and getting right back in to the swing of things! She can’t wait to introduce you to your little bubba! This is a great time to book Lisa and take advantage of the training sessions she has on offer with Tahnee as she gets puts her through her paces again. Lisa is a extremely passionate about pregnancy sonography in particular and is excited to meet each and every client that comes into our clinic. We are very lucky to have her on our team!
Tracey Edwards
Tracey is the warm & vibrant smiling face that will welcome you at our Sunshine Coast clinic as part of our office reception team. Tracey joined the Hello Baby 3D team in 2016 and has a strong background in administration having worked as a teachers aide for thirteen years prior to us. Having personally experienced the connection a Hello Baby 3D scan offers – whilst pregnant with her youngest son – Tracey is extremely well positioned to offer clients a first hand account of what they can expect during their scan. Tracey was born on the Sunshine Coast and has lived there her whole life. Tracey is a wife and a mother to two daughters (Summah, 10 and Jordan, 8) and a son (Slater, 5). Tracey loves spending time making memories with her family, either at the beach, riding bikes, swimming, or at the skate park and also enjoys lazy Sunday afternoons with friends.
